Ron Pharr
Ron Pharr is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
For the past 17 years, Ron Pharr has been inspiring and motivating others to unlock their health and fitness potential through athletic and performance training.
Ron’s approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus on strength training and athletic training. He also coaches Speed & Agility programs, which include group training and hypertrophy strength training.
Ron loves his job because he improves people’s health and quality of life every day. His approach integrates exercise programs with a simple philosophy: Quality over Quantity. Many of his long-standing clients attribute his success to how he makes fitness a way of life by establishing attainable and achievable goals and motivating his clients to stick with it to see the results.
